About Me

Hello, my name is Doug Walker, and I'm the founder of Doxology Software. For the two people who will ever read this page, let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I have three passions in life. First, I am passionate about God. He has saved me from an eternity of torment in Hell and promised me a home in paradise with Him in Heaven. Not only that, He has promised that He will never leave me alone while I'm on this earth, and that He will supply my needs. How can I not be passionate about Him?

Second, I'm passionate about my family. God's greatest gift to me on this earth is my incredible wife Rebecca. She is my perfect match. God made us especially for each other. And, to make things even more amazing, a year and a half ago (almost), God gave us a daughter. On earth, they are my #1 ministry and priority.

Last, I'm passionate about software. OK, compared to the first two, this one may seem lame. But I believe that God has dropped some of the most powerful tools in history in our laps in the form of computers (laptops of course). My passion is help the church use these tools as effectively as possible to expand and build up His Body.
